WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Your claim will be sent to the Airline. The average response time is usually 28 days.
- Once the negotiations begin, it can take up to 5 months to get a final decision. This is quite normal so don’t worry. We will keep you updated at all times.
- If the Airlines refuses to accept your claim, Flight Patrol’s legal team will handle everything on your behalf.
