Qatar Airways - Flight Cancellations
With the slogan ‘Going Places Together’ Qatar Airways certainly does, connecting more than 160 destinations daily. The airline is one of the youngest global airlines serving all six continents and also one of the world’s fastest-growing airlines. After the airline was established in the 90’s it has only expanded and strengthened. In fact, Skytrax has awarded Qatar Airways airline of the year for four years, earning it a 5-star rating.
With 200 current aircrafts and over 200 new aircrafts on order, Qatar Airways is attempting to operate a fuel-efficient fleet in bids to improve environmental effects of flying. It is also a proud member of One World since 2013, after signing with one of the three airline alliances.
Despite having 43,000 employees within their operations, Qatar Airway does face delays and cancellations. If this has happened within the last 6 years, then you may be eligible for flight compensation in accordance to EU law.
