WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Your claim will be sent to the Airline. The average response time is usually 28 days.
  2. Once the negotiations begin, it can take up to 5 months to get a final decision. This is quite normal so don’t worry. We will keep you updated at all times.
  3. If the Airlines refuses to accept your claim, Flight Patrol’s legal team will handle everything on your behalf.
